    1. Accuracy and authority — The information supplied is complete and accurate, and I am either the adult player or the player’s authorised parent or legal guardian.

    2. EOI only — An EOI is not a registration, team offer or guarantee of selection, placement, playing time, competition level or age group.

    3. Eligibility — Participation is subject to Darebin United, Football Victoria and Football Australia requirements, and supporting evidence may be requested.

    4. Assessment and placement — Decisions may consider age, experience, ability, trials or assessments, positional needs, team balance, coaching resources, facilities and available squad places.

    5. Team formation — Darebin United may be unable to form a team and may place the player on a waitlist, suggest an alternative pathway where permitted, or advise the player to seek another club.

    6. Trials and further information — An invitation to, or attendance at, a trial or assessment does not guarantee a team place.

    7. Player conduct — The player will comply with the Darebin United Player Code of Conduct at trials, training, matches and club events.

    8. Safety, behaviour and policies — The player and family will support a safe, inclusive and respectful environment and comply with applicable club, Football Victoria and Football Australia policies. Serious or repeated breaches may affect participation or any offer.
